![]() ![]() I reached out to Sentry's HR department back in August of 2022 to find out if the pension still exists and if so how I can file for it. It was my understanding when I was employed by them that there was a company paid pension plan and that at the time I left I was vested in the plan. When I started with them they were an independent company, but during my tenure they were bought by Sentry Insurance. I worked for Dairyland Insurance Company in the 70's. Does it not make since that as a paying customer, i would do what i can to get my moneys worth? But as such I wasnt notified for the sole fact that the company thought that even though i was making my monthly payments, that i didnt need to know anything and they were entitled to cancel and take my money without even a phone call. If i was notified, I would have immediately done what was needed to not have my policy canceled so i wouldnt be out of ******. If my account was in jeopardy because of a signiture, then why wasnt I notified? Why did I not receive one call? To think i would pay a company $561.33 to a policy premium and then the next month pay $345.78, only then 2 have my policy cancelled less than 2 weeks later when im trying to make my next months payment. ![]() I received a letter for due payment in January, a cancellation warning for a late payment, and even a letter for the amount die for the month of February 2023. Reviewed form in regards to complaint stating that I recieved a letter on 1/23 regarding the cancellation of my policy due toFailure to correctly complete and return all required policy signature forms. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. And why not put this on the letter instead of them saying i didnt pay, which in fact I did! If i have to Ill go to the local new station to complain and let everyone know what kind of buisness this is! I will attach the only letter of cancellation that I received other than the letters they sent that regarded my monthly payment being due And cancelling policies without a call etc. I have never dealt with insurance like this. I had insurance with them a mere 2 months! And had already given them ****** for 2 months! And i was told that they may refund me maybe $100? What a rip off. I called to pay my monthly payment once again only to be told my policy is cancelled because they said I didnt sign a form and that they are returning any of my money. Received a letter saying that my policy was in jeopardy of getting cancelled due to failure of not paying the premium which i took as a mistake considering i paid $561.33 in December 2022. January 2023 i made the monthly payment for my insurance of $345.78. And after that everything was fine, I received no calls etc. Started an insurance policy with them in December 2022 paying a total of $561.33. I provided witness statements, papers, and anything I could have provided and they do not want to help me. There was immediately something wrong with the tires needing repaired not even a week later to do it being hit and pushed. I have provided them proof that my vehicle was completely perfect and had nothing wrong with it, as we just had it diagnosed and serviced not even 70 days prior to Sleep Number hitting my vehicle. This was their client that hit my vehicle and I have had to pay out of pocket and spend numerous amount of hours trying to get it taken care of when they should be the one doing it. This is not on my end to fix and Sentry is doing nothing about it. I have went thru my own insurance and exhausted the benefits that they can pay. They then drove off causing over ****** worth of damage to my vehicle and are doing absolutely nothing about it. On November 9th, 2022 sleep number delivered a bed to my house and hit my vehicle when leaving. On August 24th, 2022, we had a diagnostic done on our vehicle to get the brake system replaced. ![]()
